The festival is located in Downtown De Soto, Kansas
The Festival itself is FREE! You can listen to our live music, cruise with classic cars, watch the parade, and shop with out vendors all for free. The carnival rides are not free and single tickets or wristbands may be purchased through the carnival on-site, each day.
Street parking is available surrounding the festival. Please do not block residents' access to their driveways. Lot parking is available in Engineered Air's parking lot located at 32050 W 83rd St, De Soto, KS 66018
Handicapped parking is available at 84th and Peoria (in the Faith Builders International Church parking lot) and also behind Great American Bank (33050 W 83rd St, De Soto, KS 66018).
No. Pets are not allowed. Only service animals will be permitted.
It is not necessary to bring your own seating. Picnic table seating and straw bales are provided at the Main Stage. Bleacher seating and straw bales are provided at the West Stage. However, if you would like to bring lawn chairs you may do so but only within the immediate area of each stage. Lawn chairs are not permitted in the carnival area.
No. Coolers are not permitted. There will be food trucks and carnival vendors open all three days. A beer garden will be located across from the main stage. Everyone will be allowed into the beer garden. Must be 21+ to purchase alcohol. No alcohol is permitted outside of the beer garden.
The vendor application period is open from April 7 - August 15, 2025 (or until all spaces are filled, whichever comes first). You may apply to become a vendor here.
