I agree to the terms & conditions.*Hold Harmless and Wavier of Liability: By checking this box I, in consideration of permission to participate in the 2023 De Soto Days Parade in De Soto KS, on Saturday, September 2nd 2023 including participation and assisting in the parade, do hereby release and hold harmless the City of De Soto and the De Soto Days Committee from any and all liability for damages which may arise from my (our) use of the grounds, public ways, booth and electrical power during the De Soto Days Parade. I further understanand agree that I shall be responsible for any and all claims or causes of action and damages which might arise from accidents claimed by persons working for and with me and guests and customers involved in our participation in the De Soto Days Parade and other activities and agree to hold the City of De Soto and the De Soto Days Committee harmless from such claims and indemnify the City of De Soto and the De Soto Days Parade Committee from costs and damages which may result from such claims.
