2022 Vendor Information

De Soto Days Festival is a 3 day fun-filled annual community event currently celebrating our 58th year. Each year we draw in between 3-5K visitors over the 3 day event who enjoy the Evans Midland Carnival, live entertainment, and the highly anticipated Parade and Classic Car Cruise/Show. 

Our festival offers both craft/ commercial vendor booths as well as food vendor booths. Space is limited and submissions are due by Aug. 15th, 2022.

Food Vendors

  • Includes all three days of festival:                                  Thu 9/1  5-10pm & Fri 9/2  5-10pm (Set up at 4pm), and  Sat 9/3 11am -8pm (Set up at 9am)

  • Includes electricity

  • $300 fee per spot

  • Late fee of $100 if application is received after   Aug 5, 2022.

 

 

 

Craft/Commercial Vendors

  • Includes Fri 9/2 5-10pm (Set up at 4pm) and           Sat 9/3 10am-11pm (Set up at 8am)

  • Includes Electricity

  • $150 fee per 10x10 spot

  • Additional $50 fee for a shared booth

  • Late fee of $100 if application is received after   Aug 5, 2022
